Sector 44 is a largely residential sector near Sector 52, known more for its schools and family housing than any commercial buzz — a quieter part of this stretch of Gurugram.
This makes it a reasonable reference point for students or working professionals at Star Stayz Sector 52 who'd rather live near a calmer, more residential pocket than a busy commercial one, without giving up the amenities of a properly run coliving PG.
