Star Stayz started with a simple frustration: most "PGs" in Gurugram either felt like a dorm with a rulebook, or charged premium rates for basics that should already be included. We built Star Stayz to sit in between — a coliving PG that's genuinely comfortable, properly managed, and priced for the value it delivers, not the address alone.
We run two residences today — one in Sector 52, close to the Golf Course Extension Road business belt, and one in Sector 15, in the older, more established part of central Gurugram. Both follow the same standard: furnished AC rooms, meals included, regular housekeeping, and round-the-clock CCTV surveillance with access-card entry. The idea is that you shouldn't have to choose a lesser standard just because you chose a different sector.
Star Stayz is built for a mixed, social coliving crowd — working professionals and students who want their own room and a lock on the door, but also don't mind a shared kitchen conversation or a common area that actually gets used. We keep the community side unforced: good common spaces, well-kept house rules, and staff who are actually reachable when something needs fixing.
We're a small, hands-on operator by design — two residences, run properly, rather than a dozen run thinly. As Star Stayz grows, that standard is the part we're not willing to compromise on.
