In practice, most people searching for "luxury coliving" are really looking for a PG that doesn't feel like a compromise — no shared bathrooms in poor condition, no unreliable WiFi, no gaps in basic upkeep. That's the bar we hold ourselves to, and it's a more honest use of the word "premium" than most listings offer.
If a fully serviced, hotel-branded coliving tower is what you need, we're probably not it. If you want a properly run, comfortable PG without hostel compromises, a visit to Sector 52 or Sector 15 should settle it either way.
